The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

          RCIA is the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults into the Roman Catholic Church.
RCIA registration for September 2010 is now open. Please contact Fr. Lewk in the rectory at 718-836-7200. Classes will start on Wednesday September 22, 2010. The program is for the following:

• Any adult that has never been baptized and wishes to become a member of the Roman Catholic Church.

• Any adult baptized in another Christian church and wishes to become a member of the Roman Catholic Church.

• Any adult baptized in the Roman Catholic Church and wishes to complete the sacraments of initiation with Confirmation and First Eucharist.

Please note that adults wishing confirmation only are to register for the Cluster Adult Confirmation program that will start in February or March of 2011.
